The small but mighty cross stitches are known as "sashiko," a word that translates to "little stabs" in Japanese. This sewing technique is traditionally used for reinforcement, but here is used as a design element. The embroidered Oregon grape flower nods to one of the native flowers found on campus at Nike World Headquarters.

Linen is an ancient, plant-based fiber favored for its coolness and breathability. We blended the linen with cotton for extra softness and added a lining for structure and comfort.
