Iguana Conditions Gear
This rugged vest was inspired by the true story of the ACG designers who worked with biologists to create stylish little vests for lizards. Jamaican iguanas, specifically. The biologists needed a vest that would allow the iguanas to comfortably and naturally wear a radio transmitter in the wild. Thought to be extinct for almost half a century prior, the Jamaican iguanas were brought back from the brink with the help of the vest program.
Equipped for Adventure
This rugged vest has a pocket for every need. Secure pockets across the chest and back are built with mesh to aid in drying. For a lighter weight setup, the bottom zips off and converts into a cross-body bag. A carabiner and rod strap add even more functionality.
Costa Rica Inspiration
To create this season's collection, the ACG team took a 46-mile expedition deep into the rainforest and along the coastline of Corcovado National Park in Costa Rica. The trip offered inspiration to create gear that stands up to hot and humid adventures.
The loose fit feels roomy through the body for easy movement and layering.
A G-hook system at the center chest offers a quick connection that can be adjusted to your preference.
